Climbing is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. With Scotland being the venue for the hardest traditional rock climb in the world it seems a good place to start your climbing career. We have a number of venues around Scotland set in some stunning scenery.
Introduction to climbing
We can take you to your local climbing wall or if the weather permits we will visit a local crag. You will learn the basics of belaying and basic rope work. We will teach you some of the technical talk and give you advice on the right gear to buy.
Introduction to outdoor Climbing
We will take you to a local crag and show you the basics of climbing in the outdoors. You will climb up some routes of varying difficulty on a top rope then, depending on your ability we will set up a lead climb and let you second it.
Abseiling
If you still want to experience the thrills of the open rock face without the need to scale the rock its self. We can take you out and setup a rope at the top of the cliff. We will then safely lower you back to the ground. Depending on your experience you can control the speed of your descent.
