Suitable for those with little experience of first aid. This is ideal for beginners and is also ideal for the home and workplace alike. Our 1 day course will cover basic first aid and life support.

What to carry in a first aid kit
Emergency Outdoor First Aid, 2 days
Suitable for those who want to improve their skills and knowledge beyond the basics. This course is designed for people who are involved with voluntary sporting clubs such as horse riding, football, rugby, gymnastics and whose activities dictate that they have more than basic first aid awareness. The course will be classroom based with practical scenarios.
